Quality breeds Quality is the concept of making Quality Plan for Procurement, Manufacture, Testing and Supply of equipment. The quality of equipment is ensured by having quality checks at all stages as per detailed Quality Plan.

• All the critical materials like Tube Sheets, Tubes, Dish Heads, Forgings and BQ Plates are procured from approved vendors.
• Material is procured as per Project Specifications and code requirements.
• Critical materials are procured under a reputed third party inspection such as IBR (depending on customer requirement).
• All the materials are identified and checked with reference to material certificates.
• The material certificates are reviewed for compliance with material specification and relevant codes before taken up for fabrication.
• After each operation, the work is inspected for compliance with manufacturing drawings and specification
• ASME guide lines are followed for inspection and acceptance.
